Women on a mission: Maite Z. Alday, the creator of the popular Instagram account @shes_mightymighty. Her account is a "safe space for uncomfortable conversations" related to social justice issues. She is an Asian-American writer, artist, non-profit professional and in her own words, "A Los Angeles native inspired by underdogs, unsung heroes and untold stories"

Maite talks with us about race relations in 2021 with a focus on privilege, white allyship, mental health and holding space for one another. We discuss how to talk to our children about race, empathy and how to be better humans to one another!
